hi:) i sent a private question to scarleteen via i think newswire a few weeks before (a little while before i actually posted a different topic on the message board). While i know that it would have been published on the site, i asked if i might get an email reply too. I haven't heard anything back and haven't been able to find a response published on the site. It's possible you might not have received it:( It was under the name of May and from my listed email add. Can you let me know if you did receive it and if i might get a reply? I didn't save a copy so i can't resend it:(

As far as I know, Scarleteen generally doesn't send responses via e-mail, unless there's some extenuating circumstance. I do know that there is also a long list of questions to answer on the main site, so they may simply have not gotten to your question yet.

We ONLY accept advice questions via the boards here, or the sexpert advice input from you can access through that area.
If you've tried to input a question any other way, we're not likely to get it at all.
Did you put it in one of these two areas?

hmmm ok then..that's v odd because it wasn't a message board q, it was via i guess mail. it might have been through the sexpert advice section. Oh and Leabug, it gave me that option of having an email reply too as well as having it published for everyone to read O.o oh well:(

If you still haven't gotten an answer and need one, I'd suggest posting it at the boards. I apologize for the wait, but we have only a few staff members available at Sexpert Advice and a baclog of around 50 pages of questions.

ah i understand, i don't really mind waiting, because heh i know what it's like to have work pile up on you. Shame about the back log though, that must make things hard on staff and readers. For me, the length of time it takes to get through to my question isn't all that important, i just wasn't sure how long a wait it would be. thanks:) Am kinda bummed that i didn't save a copy though :-/
