If you do a piece on EDs I can give you a personal point of view...living with both anorexia and bulimia, I can help give some sort of insite so those who dont' have it can see something...

Just an idea...

We're always looking for people to actually write and contribute articles, anamia, so if you'd like to write a first-person perspective on eating disorders, we'd be interested in taking a look at it. Would that be something you'd like to do?

Then please do.

In general, here's what we need in pieces:

- They need to be written professionaly and coherently (proper grammar, complete sentences, lack of slang,etc.). We can edit them afterwards, but it's always better the less editing we have to do -- editing less means more of your voice gets kept in.

- If you're including facts and statistics, be sure and check them at a few credible resources to be sure they're correct. if they look hinky to us, we'll check, too.

When you're done, or if you need help or have questions, you can email the piece to me directly at hcorinna @ mac.com.
