Hi there!

This is only a little worry, but I'm just looking for re-assurance/advice and this place seems to give the best advice relating to these matters.

Had sex last night with the girl i'm seeing, using a condom. After ejaculating I waited what felt like a normal amount of time before beginning to pull out.

Due to some condom slippage during intercourse, the ring at the base of the condom had made its way far enough down my penis to now be caught just slightly INSIDE the opening of her vagina. This meant when I started to pull out I couldn't grab hold of the ring to pull out safely... so for a brief second, I accidentally pulled back slightly whilst the condom stayed put. Which meant a small part of my bare shaft had slipped out of the condom and come in to contact with her outer lips.

Just to be clear, the condom was still on a good inch and a half to two inches down my penis and no semen was leaking out - but the ring base had become concealed just inside her outer lips. If i had continued pulling out, the condom would have stayed inside. Luckily I noticed this had happened and I quickly got my fingers down there to find the ring base of the condom to grab it and pull it out whist it was still about inch and a half still on.

It's the bare shaft against the outer-opening of her vagina that's worrying me. The shaft felt wet but... well... she was quite wet and i know condoms make the penis moist too. I'm pretty sure the semen was all in the end of the condom, which was still safely on my penis when i pulled out.

What do you guys think?

I think this is the sort of scenario that's hard to judge without being there! Without seeing the situation in terms of contact between your bare genitals, we can't really know if your ejaculate stayed entirely within the condom or not.
Your assessment of the situation seems pretty sound, but I don't want to say that absolutely nothing leaked out, either!

Moving forward, I wonder if there's another brand or size of condom that would be a snugger fit and less likely to slip around?
