Hi...if you had a pregnancy risk 2-4 weeks ago....what would a miscarriage look like?

HI April688,

Miscarriage that early in a pregnancy is not even something a person would even be aware of unless they already knew they had been pregnant. It would basically look like any other menstrual period.
