Hello, this is my first time here and I'm trying my best to not make this less embarrassing for me so here I go.
Last month I went through something rough and caused immense stress (couldn't eat, sleep, lost weight)so I didn't really get my period. I also stopped taking birth control (been on it for almost a year) because I couldn't afford anymore. Next few weeks, I have sex. We use the withdrawal method: he let me know when he was about to..uh..release his disco juice, and pulls out. Afterwards he finishes as I perform oral sex. My CM had a spec of old blood a couple of days afterwards and I assumed it was from the sex.. About a week later I masturbated (thought it would relieve stress) and right after I finished I started to feel sick. In the morning I experienced a headache, sore throat, and dizziness. Dizziness went away and am left with the headache and sore throat..oh and a stuffy nose! lol.
I've read tons of articles about the withdrawal method and stuff and it got me worried. I honestly don't think I'm pregnant and feel what I'm going through is just a bug. But, a part of of me is just naturally worrying still, lol. I know you're not a doctor but I would like an opinion on this matter. Like an outside looking in. Please and thank you
