Me and my gf were in the shower, i ejaculated on her stomach. i immediately wiped it off, and proceeded to wash the area of with soap and water. there was no penetration with my penis or hand. this was exactly a week after she finished her period.

Now she is on the pill, but started her pack a day late this month, and missed a pill later on in the pack. we did not have sex or fool around any after the day in the shower. Shes due for her period tomorrow or thursday, she has been having cramps, but no period yet. im freaking out. am i just worrying too much?

What you're describing would not give you a significant pregnancy risk as your ejaculate wouldn't have directly touched her vulva.

Here's a link for future use which describes which kind of sexual activities do and don't pose a pregnancy risk:

If your girlfriend is finding it difficult to remember to take a pill every day, she may find it better to consider other types of birth control. Missing pills can also delay periods or withdrawal bleeds, as well as causing bleeding between periods.
