The last time i had sex was on April 20 with my ex. i got my period 3 days later. Since my period is very irregular i only get it about 4-6 times a year. i have done 3 pregnancy test at home and they were negative. i also did another pregnancy test in my school's clinic and it came out negative as well. the doctor recommended me the Desogen birth control pills. i was 5 days onto the pills. i stopped the pill and got started getting crams as if my period was to come but yet again i have not gotten my period. i am worried of being pregnant at the age of 17. it has become my biggest fear.

With all those negative tests, you can be very certain you are not pregnant.

It may be that you are simply experiencing side effects from your medication, especially since it's so new.

However, it might also be worth taking about if you really feel okay taking even the smallest risk of pregnancy right now. Perhaps you'd feel better if your partner was backing up with a method of his own, like condoms, or -- especially if he already is and you're still terrified -- putting the kinds of sex that present pregnancy risk off the table until you feel better about it?
