i have been having some signs of pregnancy lately, my breasts are tender, i have been having morning sickness, and my abdomen is looking bigger, and some other signs. i don't know if i have missed my period, because i have read that sometimes there is bleeding in the first trimester, and it can often be confused with a period. i don't know what to do. part of me thinks that i am pregnant. can i have some advice on what to do please?

Well, in general when you think you're pregnant, the first step is to find out whether or not you are pregnant, and the way to do that is a pregnancy test.

Did you have any pregnancy risks? If you've been having unprotected sex or have had a birth control mishap (such as a broken condom) you're far more likely to be pregnant than if you've been using a method of contraception correctly.
