could breasts begin to be hurting and be swollen within the first three to four weeks after conception?

Some tenderness could occur. But that is also a typical premenstrual symptom.

Given the questions you've been asking, have you had a pregnancy risk? Given that you've asked these sorts of questions before, are you having problems having sex responsibilty, or negotiating birth control with your partner? Want some help?

my boyfriend is really paranoid about me getting pregnant no matter how carefull we are
and so whenever i say something simple like my breasts hurt he would be like oh no your pregnant or if i say my stomach hurts cause im hungry hell be like yea thats a symptom or when i have to go to the bathroom alot
i guess it just kind of freaks me out lol

What sort of precautions are you taking? Do you use condoms with extra lube? Are you on any hormonal contraceptives of any sort?
