when do breasts really start to grow when you are pregnant? even if its not noticeable when does milk start filling up and when does it start to show?

Like anything else with pregnancy, this tends to vary a lot depending on the individual woman, especially since weight gain can influence the amount of breast growth a lot.

But in general, there is often some early growth in the first trimester (sometimes as early as four or five weeks), which keeps going through the whole of a pregnancy -- it's typical for women to go up a couple bra sizes during a pregnancy -- but lactation usually doesn't begin until the third trimester.
