When youre on Depo (the depo shot) how long should you wait to take a pregnancy test after having sex.

I've been on Depo since August 31st, the unprotected sex was September 12th.

Should I be worried at all?

If you get your first shot within the first few days of your menstrual period, Depo is effective within 24 hours. The situation you're describing yields no pregnancy risk.

STI's, however, remain a concern after unprotected sex. So make sure to schedule those full screens for yourself and your partner soon.
