What you need is prenatal care, and you can get that from an OB/GYN.

If you are not insured, and/or your parents are unwilling to pay for this (prenatal care and childbirth can cost around $10,000 by the time all is said and done), then you can go to your local social services office to find out what your options are per Medicare and other assistance.

This page -- http://www.4woman.gov/faq/prenatal.htm -- by the way, has a good lot of basic info, as well as a list of resources for getting prenatal care.

I would avoid Birthright like the plague. That's an antichoice organization, and even if you intend to remain pregnant, you just really don't want to get involved with orgs like that. (Birthright won't even give referrals to get contraception, which you will likely want post-pregnancy, especially if you weren't prepared to pay for this one.)

Planned Parenthood could help per sending you to resources, but they'd likely just give you a number for your social services department anyway, so there'd be little sense in spending money on an office visit. You could call them and ask for those resources though, and avoid a fee, or find out if your local Planned Parenthood could do more than that.

In case you didn't read the link I gave you, or missed this portion of it in your reading, here is a national number you can call about how to access prenatal care in your state: 1-800-311-2229.
