Okay this sounds dumb but it's just making me so nervous and freaking me out, I do have an irregular peroid and i don't keep track of it like i should and i feel like i do have cramps for the last couple days but no peroid and it seems like its been a while since my last peroid! but the thing is i dont' have sex, but me and my boyfriend do have "dry sex" and i know a couple of the time he has "finished" (whatever u wanna say) and the one time it got on my mesh shorts and like i have no idea if there's even any way that's even possible to make me pregnant i think well i hope i'm just freaking out over nothing but what should i do???
Did the fluids make your vaginal area wet/damp?
If not, you didn't have a risk. And if BOTH of you were wearing some from of clothing, any risk is unlikely.

If I were you, I'd take a deep breath. Correct me if I'm wrong, but it doesn't sound to me like you're at a high risk for pregnancy. The cramps might mean that your period is on the way, but I'm sure that the added stress isn't helping. You can always take a pregnancy test, if only to calm your nerves.
To prevent future crises like this, I'd definitely suggest starting to keep track of your cycle. Kotex has a period calendar that you can use, or you can just make your own. Knowing when to expect your period can help in many ways, and not just with pregnancy scares.
If there was never any semen near your vagina, you pretty much have no risk. But if you're still worried about it, you can take a pregnancy test to make sure. And in the future, use a condom to prevent risks like that alltogether.
