i was wondering what the usual symptoms of pregnancy are within the first 3 to 4 weeks

Really, you're not going to get reliable and unmistakable symptoms that early - all the possible symptoms (like a missing period) can have other causes too.

So if you've had a pregnancy risk, your best option is to take a pregnancy test.

Looking for "symptoms" isn't reliable.
