if u get fingered, but the guy touched his dick before he did, is it possible u could get an STI or pregnant? and if so, how would u know if u had either? are there any signs?

In short, yes, it is possible. How do you tell? Pregnancy is only confirmed by a positive pregnancy test, there are no definite signs to look for. Some STIs have distinct symptoms, but others have none, so keeping up with regular screenings and gyn checkups is important - screenings will tell you if you have anything you weren't aware of.
