My baby is due on the 23rd of May and i am sooo scared. Dont get me wrong i am looking forward to the baby coming but not labour. Does anyone have any tips of reducing pain or even doing something so i know what it is going to feel like. Please help

Well, have you talked to your OB/GYN, midwife or doula about this: about options for managing pain, about options for delivery styles, the works?
