I didn't sleep with my boyfriend, but I got some of his cum on my underwear and when I got home I had forgotten to change them and left them on overnight. I had scratched myself down in my vagine with the underwear on and I think I might be pregnant because I was supposed to get my period over a week ago. I also got a severe cramp this morning and couldn't barely move for 10 minutes. I felt sick to my stomach one morning, but didn't throw up...could I be pregnant?

The only way you'll know is by taking a pregnancy test. If it has been 10-14 days since the risk, and since it's been a week since you were supposed to get your period anyway, you should get an accurate result if you take one.

Cramping and other stomach problems are not reliable signs of pregnancy, since they can be caused by a number of other stomach/intestinal problems.

So, since you had a risk, take a test. If it comes up negative, take another 7 days later to double check.
