Ehhmm... My boyfriend and I have unprotected sex all the time. We dont have any STDs or anything(both tested). Anyway -- It's, obviously, highly certain I could be pregnant. Lately Ive been having headaches, which for me is normal, but lately a lot more. I take Tylenol for them..If Iam pregnant..(which ive missed my period this month on the 21st..can i take a test yet?) And basicly...Would taking Tylenol this early on...affect the baby if there even is one?

If you've missed your period, then a pregnancy test will be accurate, and you can take one. Pregnancy tests are also accurate within 10-14 days after the last time you had unprotected sex.

I'm not sure about the effect of Tylenol on a developing fetus (but I'm sure there's someone around here who knows).

According to http://pregnancytoday.com/experts/fp-tylenolsafe.htm , Tylenol is generally considered safe for use during pregnancy.

However, if you are pregnant and planning to carry the pregnancy to term, it's a good idea to check with your doctor which medications s/he would consider safe to take for common ailments (like headaches or colds).
