In a normal, healthy pregnancy, yes ... they say you can have sex up until it's too uncomfortable or painful.

Some pregnancies are more difficult ... such as those on bedrest. I'm guessing that if you're doctor has said he wants you on bedrest, he doesn't want you engaging in intercourse

Really tho, this is something that you need to ask your doctor. S/he'll be able to tell you for sure !
