How old is your friend and her boyfriend?

You should check the policy for your state, but here is Alabama teenagers can get free pre- and post-natal health care if they are unable to pay for it.
You really need to stress to your friend the importance of taking care of herself while she is pregnant. Whether she wants to keep this baby or not, by chosing to have it she needs to realize that it is her moral responsibility the give him the best start in life that she can by making sure he is born healthy and without extreme complications.
