So since my period ended a few weeks ago I've had really horrible period like cramps but I'm not my period. I've been constipated and my stomach looks like I'm pregnant but I haven't gained a pound at all. Also a few days ago when I wiped I saw very small bright red blood on the toliet paper what could that have been?

Sometimes cramps can happen shortly before a period as well; since you noticed some blood and you say it's been a few weeks since your last period, that might be premenstrual spotting or the start of your next period.

It could also be that you're experiencing intestinal cramps related to constipation, as well. We can't know exactly what the cramps are, but those are possibilities.
