Once in awhile I'll get a "pimple" on my upper lip line or under my nose on the skin. I'm just curious if its a pimple or possibly a cold sore. It usually gets a white head like a pimple does and goes away on its own, i don't like to pop my pimples because I scar easily. I just would like to treat it properly.

You really can't know that unless you have a healthcare provider look to tell you for sure.

But if it looks mostly like a pimple, rather than a more raw, red sore? That's most likely what it is.
