Ok so we all get that dump we just have to take and it hurts like heck moving through your intestines and then theres that sudden release of pressure, a grumble comes, and it all comes out loose (not diahrrea loose but its a lot softer than normal) and there r usually 2 or 3 of those waves
Usually i get one of these like once a month, but lately ive been getting these types of defecations more frequently and it accounts for much of my dumps
Now ive never been that much of a water drinker but since that big blizzard, ive been drinking a lot more water, at least 3-5 pint water bottles a week and 2 relatively big mugs of tea a day
Can this sudden spike in water intake be causing my stool to be softer?? My urates r a nice clearish color now so ik im not dehydrated anymore

Ultimately, questions like these are best for a general healthcare provider.

But if you want some solid (no pun intended) basic information on constipation and why it happens, this is a good place to start: http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/constipation/DS00063/DSECTION=causes
