Yesterday my boyfriend and I were having regular vaginal intercourse, but he accidentally got too carried away and slipped up his penis went into my anus.
It was only a brief quick insertion but it was incredibly painful for awhile and it made me bleed slightly. Afterwards it was painful to shift my weight while sitting, painful to cough, sneeze, urinate or defecate and I bled from my anus a little bit (enough to blot with the toilet paper but not enough to go into the toilet).
Basically every time the muscles are flexed it hurts. I decided to take work off today because it requires a lot of lifting, bending, and movement and as it is I can barely comfortably sit down into a chair, and I didn't get much sleep last night because every time I turned I woke up from discomfort.
Today it seems I don't bleed when I urinate but I am worried if I defecate it will open it up again. What can I do about this and how long will it take to heal???
I'm so sorry to read that you're in so much pain. I've been through anal discomfort a little bit, but I'm afraid I don't know of any medication you can take to help the pain; except for Tylenol or Ibuprofen, maybe. You can always call your doctor or pharmacist and see if there is anything you can take.
One thing I do is give the tear a lot of air. Try sleeping with no underwear overnight. Do not force when you have a bowel movement, as it might aggravate the tear. You could drink fluids or eat more fiber to make stool passing easier.
Try not to stress over this, as worrying might make you feel worse. You can always call your doctor and ask for any advice about healing. Hemorrhoids and anal tears are common, especially since hard stool can cause them, so don't feel embarrassed in telling him or her you have one (you don't have to disclose it's from sex if you don't want to). I know that it's uncomfortable, but anal tears do heal. I'm so sorry I don't know much about this and can't give you much help, but try not to stress about it. I'm sure you'll feel better soon!
