My breasts aren't small but they look flat when naked. Is there a way to fix this?
When I wear a well-fitting bra (without any pads, I don't like push-ups because it makes my breasts feel too pushed and it just feels uncomfortable), my breasts look big and gorgeous, but when my breasts are absolutely bare they just look flat (but from the side it doesn't).
Not saggy, just flat, as if there's no fat on there. I know that when bare there is not much support as a bra would give, but I KNOW that my breasts are not small as they look. When I cup my breasts there is quite a handful, more than my hands could cover. I have a mild pigeon chest that may be the cause of this, but is there a way to make my breasts look the size they should look when naked??
Whether it be exercises, or anything...I need help, this has been affecting my self-esteem a lot...not being acknowledged of what I DO have really sucks.
I don't know what size any breasts "should look" when naked or at any other time.
Breasts are as diverse as our faces. How they look varies widely, and there's no right or wrong way for them to look, nor one right or wrong size. When people have self-esteem issues around body parts, the answer is to work on why they're putting so much value in that body part and to work towards acceptance, not to try and alter the body: in terms of the data we have on that, that -- be it certain clothes or surgeries -- pretty widely hasn't been shown to work.
I'm not sure what kind of acknowledgment, or from who, you're looking to get or are expecting to get, but how about starting by thinking about that?
