What you're likely seeing there is either ejaculate from the penis (then coming out of the vagina), lubricant (natural and/or from a bottle), or both.

The vagina is a self-cleaning organ. The discharge that comes out pretty much daily isn't related to sex. Daily discharge is perfectly common and is there to keep our vaginas clean. There's nothing to worry about here. Check out This Guide to Vaginal Secretions.
