Today, i went to go use the girls bathroom at my school and i look in my underwear and there is a tiny off white with black head worm probably a third of an inch long, (i have no idea what it actually is) wriggling back and forth. I have never had sex, been naked or done anything with a guy.i take showers and clean down there everyday. i just want to know what it is and how it got there and what i should do.

You'll want to check in with your doctor about this ASAP, okay?
What this could be, given the worm, the size and color, is pinworm, which is actually an intestinal infection, and people of all ages can and do get it, and it's not about not being clean. If that's what it is -- which is most likely -- you need medication to treat it.

Understandably! When people don't realize that worms can show up in the human body, I imagine it's pretty terrifying.
Pinworm is pretty common, though, and usually very easily treated.Just make sure that if that's what it is, your doctor talks about possible treatment for everyone you live with: they tend to spread through households very quickly and easily.
