Two nights ago, it hurt to pee. There was a little bit of blood in my pee. Yesterday it still hurt to pee, there was a little bit of blood in it, and I had to pee a lot. My temperature was 98.8, when it is usually around 96. I looked it up, and we believe that I have a uti. Yesterday I drank six bottles of water and I got cranberry pills, and urinary pain pills. today my temperature was 98.4. My, urethra, I think, is sore. When I pee it feels fine, until the end of my pee. The pain medicine has helped some, but it still hurts. The lower part of my stomach hurt reallly bad for about five or ten minutes. I also felt some pain under my ribs. I am going to the doctor tonorrow. Do you think this is a uti? How bad do you think it is? Do you think it's reached my kidneys? How long does it take after I get prescribed medicine for the infection to go away?

I also had pineapple yesterday. Have been peeing very frequently. Had four bottles of water today. I'm doing my best to help lessen the infection.

Honestly, we're not doctors and even if we were we couldn't diagnose something like this via the web. And not knowing what type of infection it is, we really can't pin down how long it would take to go away (and couldn't if we did because some people don't respond to certain medicines, etc.
