Hey.
Iím Having some problems with my period at school.
Iím on are schools cheerleading squad. I only started recently and Iím reasonably young. The problem is that Iím really small and Iím always the one getting chucked in the air and stuff. Its ok and fun normally but when Iím on it makes me feel sick and ill. I donít like the person in charge Ė she is a teacher and she is female but we RELY donít get along. I am super embarist to ask her if I could maybe skip practice once a month or if they could get someone else to do the flips and stuff.
I donít rely know what Iím asking for but please help if you can =)

One easy way around this may be to just ask your family doctor to write a note for you to give to your coach when you have your period. Most doctors are happy to do that.

My teacher. She Isn't Like a bad person or anything its just she is'nt the kind of person you can talk to about that.
also my frined said that if you get thrown around alot in jym then you won't be able to have children...

Your friend is mistaken. Athletics don't impact fertility like that.

That aside, if you are fearful about your coach, that's a much bigger issue than sitting things out with your period, and probably something you want to talk to a parent or guardian about so they can help address any kind of coach or teacher who is not doing their job well. Doing their job well includes making sure their students are feeling safe.

Its just I live with my 2 gay dads. I never seem my mom because she lives ages away from me.
I have a guidence councler at my school - she is rely nice. Do you think If I told her she would be alod to tell my coach for me?

So, how about you talk to one or both of your Dads first, then also talk to the guidance counselor?
