We can't give you cosmetic advice, but really, good nutrition and skin care are your biggest bet.
So, that means eating healthy, lots of water, keeping your skin moisturized and protected from the sun (and of course, clean), as well as getting enough sleep. Sleep is your body's way of restoring balance to everything, and without proper amounts of it things start to break down.
I get really bad stress pimples too, and the bags under my eyes. There's one trick that works WONDERS for me, it's excersize! I can't promise that it will work for you, and I'm not sure if it's from sweating then cleaning my face or if it's from drinking lots more water, but working out works really well for me, you might try it
