hey people! ok here's the thing... i know that experts say that you should drink 8 to 10 glasses of water a day (actually, i'm not sure if they are still saying that, maybe they've changed it)- but i drink so much water that i can't even keep track!! and i'm still always thirsty. as i write this, i am polishing off a 24 oz bottle that i just got from my fridge at 8:34 pm. it is now 8:37 pm. i am a camel. i can't go anywhere without a bottle or glass of water in my hand. and don't get me wrong- i still fit in my 3 glasses of milk a day, a glass or two of fruit juice, an occasional diet coke, but oh the water!! what is wrong with me? is this normal? i didn't think i should be concerned but one of my friends brought to my attention that maybe drinking that much water is good for me. but water? how can it not be good for you? well, anyways. can someone help me pleease?
