In the past couple of days, even if I eat foods that normally don't bother my stomach, my stomach gets very upset with what is in it. Last night was strange that I went out to eat with my friend Lisa and my stomach was fine afterwards. But everything else I've eaten, my stomach hasn't liked. Any ideas?

mmmm, sometimes a lot of dairy or foods with fat will send my tummy into fits, as will lots of fiber without anything else in my stomach. what kind of diet do you have?

Also, watch the caffeine...it can wreck havoc, too

I've actually been consuming a lot less caffeine than I normally do. I'm not a coffee drinker (once in a blue blue moon). The things that I ate/drank that upset my stomach was some noodles and hot cocoa. I can't figure out why those two items would make my stomach topsy-turvy. The hot cocoa I had this morning and that had my stomach squirimg for hours! I had some Japanese food (no fish) last night and that seemed to make my stomach feel alright. I just had those leftovers and my stomach is still alright for now. But noodles and hot cocoa??? My mom had some of the noodles and she was fine.

whenever I drink hot cocoa, to much of it that is, I get a stomach ache. I don't know why.

hot cocoa & coffee does that to me too. so ive never been a big coffee drinker. & I dont like sodas because i have a "map tongue" & its sensitive to spicy food (even just a little bit) & sodas. So im not big on caffeine.
