hi,

im wondering what kind of excersises would be good to tone the thighs/ butt region!! even though its 1/2 way through winter im feeling kinda unhealthy cos ive eaten lots of junk lately!!

And remember that no matter how many squats you do, without eating a healthy diet and getting regular cardio-vascular work outs you won't get healthy or fit at all.
