Sure, a women can get pregnant anytime she has unprotected sex. So if you both used no birth control method whatsoever, your partner had a pregnancy risk.
If it's been less than 120 hours since her risk, she still have time to go get EC. If more time than that has passed, then she'll have to wait either on the first day of a missed period or 10-14 days after her risk to take a pregnancy test.
To clear things up in case, EC = Emergency contraception. You can get it from your doctor. It dose not matter on wether you orgasm or not, if you don┤t use a condom and you ejaculate inside a woman┤s vagina, they can get pregnant
