From Thanksgiving to the New Year is when I really take a close look at what I have, because it's also the time of year when it is most common for people to give back.

It's also a time when we are really greatful for the people who make our lives worth living every day.

In the spirit of the holidays, and that idea of being thankful, I thought it'd be fun to start a little game of "tag" the boards.

I will start by stating one thing I am thankful for in my life. This can be about anything you want. EX: I am thankful for Scarleteen. Anyone who agrees with that statement would reply, copy that statement into their post, but also add something else they're thankful for. Here's a example of what this might look like:

JamsessionVT: I'm thankful for Scarleteen.

UserA: I'm thankful for Scarleteen. I'm also thankful for my family.

User B: I'm thankful for my family. I'm also thankful for my good health.

User C: I'm thankful for my good health. I'm also thankful for...

Get the idea? As a side note, you can elaborate a little bit on your personal statement if you wish. Just make sure you have a basic statement the next person can copy!

Let's start it up! Here's my statement:

I'm thankful for my brothers, and the good times we share together.

OK, who's next?

I don't have any siblings, so I'll say that I'm thankful for my parents. They have always been there to support me, they're very generous, and they put up with my many moods [Razz] . I'm also thankful for my friends and the many many laughs and inside jokes we have. They can always cheer me up.

I'm thankful for my friends too, who can always cheer me up as well. I'm thankful for living on a road with neighbours who talk, people who are friendly and sociable, without intruding. I'm also thankful for being able to walk to the bus stop in the morning and know that I will be greeted with smiles, goodmornings, and hellos by people I see along the way. (A great start to the day!)
