Okay so here it goes, for the past five months or so I've been having some issues with cramping(even when I don't have my period). At random moments, I'll start cramping up, not terribly, but still. What could this be a sign of? Should I go to my regular Doctor or consider seeing a Gyno? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Lauren

Do they feel the same as the cramps you have during your period even when you're having them at other times?

Kind of, at times they do. But for the most part I just get these minor cramps at random periods of time.

Okay. I'd suggest you see your general doctor then, rather than your OB/GYN, since it sounds like this could be about pretty much anything, so you want someone to start with the generals, rather than one specific.
