I've heard diet pills are unhealthy for you. Why is that? How do they work? Do they work?

Boob creams/pills? The heck?? How do they improve your boobs (if they do at all)? I don't see how rubbing some sorta fancy cream on 'em will help increase their size.... the pills sound more realistic...but not by much. [Razz]

Would they increase your self-esteem if they do work??

Well, the short and simple answer for both the pills and the creams is that they DON'T work.

Diet pills aren't a great plan- some may give temporary results, but that's all it would be- temporary. Not to mention some have some wicked bad side effects! If you want to lose weight, it's best to do it in a healthier fashion, such as maintaining a healthy diet and getting regular exercise. There's no miracle pill out there.

Same with creams- they will do absolutely nothing for ya. Your breasts are the size they are due to genetics, hormones and weight, and a cream can't change that at all.

And would they increase your self-esteem? Likely not- many people who have their appearances changed (however it's done- through surgery or whatever) because they have low self esteem will likely STILL have low self esteem after, simply because often it runs deeper than just the person's weight or boob size.

So really? Save your money, pills and creams simply aren't worth it at all.

From what I've heard some of the creams "work" by irritating the skin and causing your breasts to swell.

Or, better yet, just cause your body to swell with water retention, where if you're lucky, most of it will go to the breasts.

But yeah, it's always something sneaky. Breasts grow because your brain chemistry and hormones tell them to, not weird herbal substances, sodium, or whatever the hell else they put in those things!

Well, and the size of breasts isn't about the epidermis, but about the tissue and muscle beneath, which creams can't penetrate to.

But no, making breasts larger has pretty much never shown to improve someone's self-esteem. Your self esteem is about your self-worth, about the things you do, about the way you value yourself as a person. If you want to improve your esteem, for real, you've got to DO something, not BUY something. [Smile]

(But we can safely say that people tend to notice an increase in esteem when they stop fixating on things like their breast size!)
