If a female rubs them self too much quite vigarously and too often can it cause damage to the vagina? also can it make the vagina have excess skin?? [Confused]

It would have to take a LOT of force to permanently damage the vulva or vagina from vigorous rubbing (masturbation, I take it?) While you can temporarily give yourself a nick or scrape, or just plain irritate the area from too much rubbing, it's highly unlikely you'd ever damage it. Just taking a break, wearing comfortable cotton undies and letting your vulva heal is often enough.

And no amount of masturbation/sexual activity can make your vulva or labia get bigger. That's just a myth. Nothing to fear!
