Basically, my breasts are odd. I look in the mirror and one is round all over the other has no fat at the bottom of it so points down. I feel so odd I don't dare wear a bikini and I'm really self conscious if I ever get cold! I'm 19 so it's unlikely I'll grow much more.

There's a cream on ebay that's supposed to help but I don't know what to do. Help!

Aela. 19, 5'9. Often confused.

There are no creams that will do anything to change the look/shape/whatever of your breasts. So anything you've seen on ebay or anywhere else that makes those claims is a waste of your time and money.

Breasts are rarely perfectly symmetrical, in fact most body parts are not symmetrical. That's just the way that people are made.

If you're uncomfortable with a bikini, then don't wear bikini's. Find a suit type that you are most comfortable wearing and wear that. Also, there are many swimsuits available (bikinis, tankinis, and full suits) that have padded bras and bras with underwires to provide you with more support. You might find those more comfortable.

Just want to add that what looks really odd to you, is most likely not even noticeable to anyone else. Obviously you shouldn't wear anything that you're not comfortable in, but we often spend so much time scrutinizing our bodies, that it's easy to loose perspective. Heck, you live in your body! Plenty of times I've been worried about a body part or feature, only to find out that my friends haven't noticed it at all.

My boobs aren't perfectly formed either, but I'm still lounging around in my bikini today 'cause it's hot. There's no law to say that you have to have a wonderful set of breasts to wear a bikini - if you're comfortable with it (and of course if you're not hanging out of it), it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks.
