I've been masturbating for 2 yrs... and now i dont get erections so strongly than u used to get before i started masturbating. I've read that masturbating causes loss of sperms which is a cause of impotence.... am i becoming impotent ?

Nope, masturbating does not permanently reduce your sperm count or cause erectile dysfunction.

Your body's responses may just be changing naturally as you get older, or there may be some other cause, but masturbation isn't to blame.

Any changes of diet, or drug use (and the nicotine in cigarettes is a drug, even if it is legal) can affect your sexual response, although we can't say for certain whether that is the cause in this case or not. If you want to know if the cigarettes are having any effect, stop smoking for a while, and see if that makes a difference.
