Hello Every1,
I wanted to know if it's normal to have some kind of pain after stretching your hymen?? I have a little bit of pain, after I was done stretching it. Does that mean it's been stretched enough?

Activities that stretch the hymen beyond where it was before can ache or be sore for a little bit. If the pain continues for longer than a few days, or you are bleeding then it would be best to get checked by a doctor, however.
