Okay, well, this is a bit weird. You see, the other day I was giving my bf a hand job, and I noticed this little tiny bump that was under his skin. He says it's always been there (it looks like a blackhead under his skin), but when I mentioned that he should get it checked, he started to get upset, thinking that it might be something weird. We're both virgins, and are extremely careful whenever we touch each other. He described it to the health teacher, who said that she'd never heard of an STD that could cause that, and suggested that it might just be a small defect.... Does anyone have any idea what this might be? I'd appreciate any feedback greatly!

If it's always been there I wouldn't worry, but getting it checked can't hurt either. Since you're sexually active it probably isn't a terrible idea for you both to get STI screenings anyway.
