I heard that if your cervix has too much pressure on it, like for instance, for some reason if you got punched, or during intercourse, more-so using sex toys, if you hit something too hard you get this immediate piercing pain that supposedly is similar to contractions during childbirth.

Is this true?

Well, punching is probably a bad example, sicne that's a bit more substantial injury than bumping the cervix during say intercourse or while using a sex toy, and punching itself will cause bruising/discomfort/possibly worse on its own.

That aside, if the cervix is bumped (it actually doesn't take a LOT of pressure) it can cause a pretty uncomfortable, sharp pain.

I don't believe the pain you experience from that is similar to the pain of contractions during child birth (I've never had them, so i can't say for sure, but as far as I know the pain during contractions lasts much longer and is more painful).
