I found an internet article on performing kegel excercises, so I decided to try it, but I can't seem to tightly contract them without using my abs. The article says you may find yourself using your anal muscles, and to try to isolate the muscle groups you use, but am I supposed to feel tightness in my abs? Just curious...

Kegel Exercises are meant for people who have incontinence, which is, basically, the inability to hold in urine. They help strengthen the muscles, and allow you to regain the strength, usually lost during childbirth and sometimes puberty (some children are also born with weak pelvic muscles)
