you know how some ppl say that you should take a pregnancy test about 5-10 days after you've had unprotected sex, or if you're worried that you might be pregnant? well...say that you suspect you might be pregnant, but then within a space of 2 weeks after sex you have your period...does that mean that you're not pregnant, or is pregnancy still a possibility?

Depends on the timing. If a full period occurs 14 days after a pregnancy risk, you aren't pregnant. However as sperm can live for up to 7 days in a woman's reproductive tract they could be beyond the uterus and into the fallopian tubes before a period commences. If a woman ovulates during or just after her period and sperm is present, she could well conceive.
