hey, i was wondering if there are any diagrams of a woman's sexual organs here? i don't know if some of you have seen my posts in other forums, but i'm a bit of an idiot when it comes to knowing where my vulva is...*super embarassed*...cos apparently you can only get pregnant if sperm reaches your vulva. soz and thank you in advance!
ps: im really really embarassed...but i think it's better to at least know than to stay ignorant...

welcome to scarleteen. good for you for wanting to become informed about your sexual health and well being! this is one of the best places i've found to do just that!

as a matter of fact, there is an entire article dedicated to the female anatomy! i highly suggest you check this link out, as it will inform you exactly what is going on "down there"!

Pink Parts:Female Sexual Anatomy

also, i think you should probably take a look at many of the other articles on the main site.
some great ones to start with:
Reproduction: Where did I come from?

What's the Risk? Easy Pregnancy Risk Assessment

to answer your other question really briefly, your vulva is the outer area of your genitals. your vagina is the inside part. the illustration on that first link explains this pretty thoroughly. and yes, if semen or sperm (including pre-ejaculate) gets on your vulva area, you could have a pregnancy risk.

please take some time to look around this site because it really is informative. if you still have more questions, than please ask away!
