do you know any sight's where i can out my height and wait in to see if i am over weight becasue i am not sure and i was just wondering if i am over weight?

The trouble with those sorts of lists is that they are intended for adults, not people who are still growing. Even for adults, those are questionable, since they often don't take things like frame or general fitness into account.

So the best person to ask is always going to be your doctor.

And hey, if you don't feel healthy in the shape you're in, you don't need a number to validate you changing unhealthy habits, such as eating foods that aren't good for you or being inactive.

or if you just want to see it anyways you can go to google and type in calculate my BMI and it will take you to a website that can tell you if you are overweight or whatever. by the way BMI stands for body mass index!

it's good to remember that these BMI charts are just as Miz Scarlet commented above: they don't take into consideration build and fitness level and are not a good guide when just plugging in numbers like that.

best is to go to your doc and/or simply change any unhealthy habits.

On standard BMI charts, Tom Cruise and Arnold Schwarzenegger are obese. That shows how much they're worth.
