Well there are some creams that can make stretch marks less noticable but I don't think they ever fully go away because they are infact scars. Usually they start off being a pinkish purplish colour and when they are more healed go sliverish white. I have lots of stretch marks and the ones that are silverish are very hard to see. So no they usually don't go away fully but fade alot.

specifically, seek out cocoa butter and vitamin E. the folks around here seem to swear by it. moisture definitely helps them fade out.

You can either be part of the problem or part of the solution, but in the end, being part of the problem is much more fun.

Can you also use vitamin E and cocoa butter to avoid getting stretch marks. When I know my breast are going to go through a growth spert (they start hurting) I just put a good lotion on and they don't appear. Or when I see little pink lines start appearing I put on the lotion and they seem to disappear.

Keeping moisturized will always help keep your skin in good condition.
