I have been noticing that I have been gradually sleeping less and less every night, to the point where last night I only got about half an hour of sleep. I haven't changed my sleeping pattern and I avoid caffeine as well. However, I am diagnosed with depression so I take medicine for that, plus all of my medicine for my bad sinus infection. Plus I am under a severe amount of stress, too...
From WebMD: Insomnia has many possible causes, including stress, anxiety, poor sleep habits, depression, disorders of the internal clock (such as jet lag), and many medications.
So what should I do? I NEED all of the medicine I take now. It would be bad if I took sleeping medicine too, right?
