I'm not sure if there's actually a "cure" for a hangover, but it happens because you get dehydrated. Dring LOTS and Lots of water and take a couple of aleve. Thats about the best you can do

Are you 21 or older, dear? Because if not, you can't be posting about hangovers here, because, as an American, you'd be breaking the law by drinking at all.

Here in Australia the legal age is 18 as well, but yes, I do believe that 21 is the age in every state in the USA at which a person is legally allowed to drink alcohol.

And while fairie is right, and drinking lots of water can reduce the severity of a hangover, the best way to avoid one is not to drink at all, or if you do choose to do so when you're of legal age, to do so in moderation.

Drinking in such quantities that would result in hangovers is generally TOO MUCH. Excessive drinking can make girls more susceptible to sexual assault. Why put yourself in that position?

If you are under legal drinking age, don't drink. It's that simple. Really, you are not missing out on anything.

If you were just not thinking last night, and you are over legal drinking age, then drink a lot of water, take two aspirin, and a vitamin B supplement. After that, learn to drink in moderation.

As for eating with alcohol, having a full stomach slows the absorption on alcohol into the bloodstream. Does that mean you can drink more to compensate? NO. women metabolise alcohol more slowly than men. That means, if a girl is drinking slowly, but heavily, it's still going to catch up to her really soon and she will get intoxicated.

Actually it is legal to drink on a private residence under 21. However, it is not legal to buy alcohol under the age of 21.
Besides, hangovers are hangovers, shes just asking for advice. No need to be politically correct all the time, it's not like anyone is going to be arrested for that.

Neeggattiivveee. While it is legal in some states to drink alcohol while underage (if your parents approve, of course), this is not true in all 50 states, and is therefore not a blanket statement that can be so boldly pronounced.

It has nothing to do with being politically-correct, and everything to do with making sure we're not handing out erroneous advice that could get someone in trouble. Make sense?
